Panda Charging provides battery rental services through kiosks located at various venues. Our service allows you to rent portable batteries for your mobile devices using your phone number as your account identifier.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must provide a valid phone number. Your phone number serves as your account identifier. No separate sign-up process is required - your phone number is your account.

4. Rental Terms

• Batteries must be returned to any Panda Charging kiosk within the rental period
• Late fees may apply for batteries returned after the rental period expires
• You are responsible for the battery while it is in your possession
• Lost or damaged batteries may result in replacement fees

5. Payment Terms

All rental fees are charged at the time of rental. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the kiosk. Standard message rates may apply for SMS verification.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not damage, tamper with, or attempt to modify any kiosk equipment

7. Promotional Messages

By using our services and providing your phone number, you agree to opt in to receive promotional messages from Panda Charging and its venue partners via SMS. These messages may include special offers, discounts, updates about new locations, and other promotional content. Standard message rates may apply.

You have the option to unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any promotional message or by contacting us at support@pandacharging.com. Please note that opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related messages such as verification codes or rental confirmations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Panda Charging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
